I know... I've been away...

But I'm gonna try and be a better blogger. I'm working up a new project as well as I found a great blog giveaway you might be interested in but give me sometime to finish the project....

Not Stamping related...

Not stamping related but I just thought I would give a shout out that I had a picture of mine published recently. A friend of the family was finishing up her doctoral degree ended up publishing a book. Back a few months ago she asked for some pictures that she might use for the cover. I sent her several pictures but she chose this one...

Photography is just a hobby for me. I love cameras and have several and still would love to get more of them... My latest camera is a Fuji 9000 in which I used it to take most of the pictures I have on my blog.

My friend, Dr Janice M. Spangenburg, also gave me a copy of the book once it was published. It is entitled Life Beyond Downsizing. Here is a shot of the book....

Yeah that's my German Shepard in the picture with the book... she is quit the handful. I also like to take pictures of all my pets when I get the chance. They make great subjects sometimes too.

Well I am hoping to do some stamping this afternoon since VSN is going on SCS today too... I totally forgot about it and so love the challenges that have been posted so far... I just have to try my hand at a few of them. I will post a few of my creations latter tonight... have a stamp filled day.
