Berry Best Birthday...

Today I happened on AmyR's Blog and she had a sketch that was just calling out to one of my House Mouse images that I had colored but not used yet. Her card sketch can be found here.



I colored this with my copics when I first got them... I used a combination of stamps to make this card... and a combination of papers.

Supplies:
Stamps: HM Sleeping with Strawberries, papertrey Green Thumb, papertrey Year Round Puns, Micheals $1 stamp hearts
Ink: black stazon, craft white, real red, wild wasibi
Cardstock: ww, papertrey stampers select for the base, chocolate chip, uptown girl TAC pad paper
Accessories: copic markers

Christmas cards round 3 and 4....

Well yesterday I did alittle producing of my mouse card from a couple of posts ago... here. Only have four of them now... really going to have to go find this stamp. I enjoyed using my gamsol magic and that image... The only problem with this card is I can't seem to come up with a good sentiment for the cards inside...

Now on to today's card...I had to have a card with angels in it and of course I have had these TAC angels that have yet to be inked. Use them and the simple layout and here you go....




I colored them in using my copics and a sakuara star dust pen... but before I posted them I knew I should have a package coming with my new Atyou pens made by copic... The only problem is I could not get them to show the sparkle in the picture that was in the card after I used them but let me tell you it is there and it is beautiful..

The Clouds and the wings are so pretty I used the clear Atyou pen and it was perfect for them. I used my gold Atyou pen on the harp... I got my pens from All That Scraps... Well I'm off to go see if I can work on some more cards... have a great day...

A Calender and a Card...

Today And yesterday I started this little project and little is not really what i would call it...



Shrink plastic and I had fun with this... I added different little charms to some of the months. Here are a few pictures of them and you can click on any picture to enlarge them... The designer papers come from The Angel Company Rustic Chic stack.

I took the heart from Stampin Up Year after year and had it shrunk to fit my page....










April Showers
Of Course April showers bring May flowers... Stamp sets shrunk for these two months are And Everything Nice and Summer by the Sea. These were such fun sets to color. And I love them shrunk down... may even have to shrink a few more for a piece of jewelry.

December with Santa and a Tree
I had to shrink a Santa and a tree from Jolliest Time of the Year. Isn't Santa just the cutest.








Now this calender took me alittle while to complete but I just love the out come. Supplies for this project were 7 medium weight chipboard coasters, designer papers. Calender print outs, Shrink plastic, cuttlebug alpha set for my 2008 numbers on the cover, some ribbon, binder rings I found in the office supply section at walmart.

Oh and of course the card I promised...

I did this a few days ago... And mailed it out to a friend.

Supplies for this: Give Thanks, watercolor crayons, aquapainter, watercolor paper, creamy caramel cardstock, creepy crawly dp, really rust cardstock, Trees backgrounder from Cornish Heritage Farms, twill ribbon tape.

Sorry I haven't post much this week but my life seems to be turning in so many ways lately. I hope everyone has a great afternoon and I hope I can be back soon with another fun project.

finially...

I have been struggling with my daughter's 3 birthday invite. Actually needed them this week so they will be going out by the end of the week. My daughter loves, did I say loves maybe I need to rephrase it to she is totally obsessed with My Little Pony. I was lucky to find a great TAC demo who has given me a Catty for that company. I found the cutest pony stamp set that reminded me of the my Little Pony's. I used this set for the central image for her invites.



I also had to break out the Doodle That set from stampin up's new spring mini and play with it on this card. The card design is from one of splitcoaststampers Try a new Technique challenge TLC101. Such a beautiful design from Dawn I could not pass it up. I used bashful blue cardstock, and shimmery white cardstock for the card. Stamp sets I used were TAC's pony set, stampin up doodle that, sincere salutations, and all year cheer. I colored the pony with my watercolor crayons and an aquapainter. and then added some stickles to her flowers.

Well I also flipped it over to make it pretty too...



well off to make a few more of these.... Oh forgot the ribbon i used is some I got from Micheals the other week when they had it on sale... thought it matched perfectly with the colors. Have a great day.. and Happy stampin.

New stamps...

Well I went over to check out the sale The Angel Company was having on some of their old sets. I just could not pass up on a few of these. The sets I got have the look of the Bratz dolls. But they are so cute. I grabbed a couple of bottles of the fun flock too to try it out. I had never played with it before tonight and I just love what it did to my card. I used Stampin Up's Warmest Regards for the sentiment and The Angel Company's stamp sets Make it Merry and their hostess set mini sampler for the images. I watercolored the girl with my WWC then took some glue over her outfit to put the two different colors of fun flock on her outfit to make it look and feel just like a Santa's helper outfit. I stamped the mini sampler with versamark stamp pad on the handsome hunter. Then framed the sentiment and the girl in real red. I think I am going to have to play with my Santa sets with fun flock too now.
