It seems today we got some of that much needed rain here. We are in a sever drought here in my county and it looks like we can expect some relief not a lot... After a down poor here I was able to catch this shot outside the front of my house...
If you look to the left of the large rainbow you may catch a glimpse of the second one slightly. There were two but the second one was very faint.
Since it is raining I guess my muse must have hit me. I have been playing off and on in my office for most of the day and could not come up with anything I found post worthy. My dad commissioned me last night for a sympathy card and that is still not ready. But after the rainbows I was able to play with the color combination challenge for this week and the sketch sort of...
The color challenge was to use soft sky, purely pomegranate, and a grey. I don't have any grey cardstock only a bazzill bling silver. and I also added some wild wasibi in the mix for this card... The sketch was supposed to stay the way they had it... I failed in that...
I need a card for a wedding I am going to on Saturday. It is not real formal because it is for an older couple who have been married before. I still felt it need some bling to it too... I hope they like it or I may try again before Saturday but who knows what may come of it....
